The Blockbuster Super Bowl commercials are probably some of the best loved commercials that were ever shown on Super Bowl Sunday. This Blockbuster Super Bowl commercial got so much attention due to the hilarious nature of the clip, and the ingenious use of a pet store that is found right across the street from a Blockbuster video store. The Blockbuster Superbowl commercials that are available on the internet are constantly being downloaded as they continue to gain new fame after the Super Bowl.

The Block Buster Superbowl commercial starts with a pet store which is viewed from the outside. As the store gets focused, you hear a squeaking and you see a rabbit pinning down a mouse with his paw. And then the rabbit said to the gerbil, “Are you sure clicking this thing will get us online?” The rabbit and the gerbil are trying to get online to rent videos from the Blockbuster video store that is directly across from the pet store. The funny antics of these two little animals that seem to have mistaken a live mouse for a computer mouse goes a step further when the gerbil tells the rabbit to drag the mouse. The poor mouse squeaks in protest since both the gerbil and the rabbit are bigger than he is. The commercial ends with the gerbil saying that they failed to get online using their mouse since they forgot to plug it in. This statement is the last straw for the tiny rodent as he tells them, “Don't even think about it!”
